How do I ensure my laptop will fit?

If you don’t already know the screen size, measure it diagonally. The most popular sizes are 15”, 15½” or 17”.  You can also compare the dimensions of your laptop to the dimensions described in the laptop carrying cases.

What shipping method do you use for U.S. purchases?

We ship products free of charge for orders $75 and above through standard ground shipping within contiguous USA.

For fastest delivery, orders are shipped from central warehouses in California by UPS shipping by Ground, 2nd Day or Next Day delivery for rush orders. However, if it is more cost effective for your shipment, we will use FedEx, DHL or US Postal Service.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Every effort is made to ship items within 24 to 48 hours for merchandise in stock.  The standard delivery time is 5-10 business days upon the order placement.  If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  

Can you ship internationally? 

Yes, products can be shipped anywhere in the world from the United States.   

Prior to completing the checkout process, please send your inquiry to contact@classycomputerbags.com listing the product that you are interested in along with the complete shipping address.  We will get back to you with alternative shipping methods for you to choose from and further instructions on checking out.  Please note that there may be additional charges (duty, taxes) to get the product into your country that we are unaware of.  

What is the return policy? 

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange. 

What is the warranty on the products? 

All products are made into premium quality items by skilled craftspersons under utmost care so all products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.  Should you believe you have defective merchandise, please contact us immediately for a prompt replacement, repair or credit upon inspection.  Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage. 

Are there any taxes included? 

Classy Computer Bags does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Hawaii.  If you order within the state of Hawaii, you will be charged an additional 4.712% for Hawaii taxes. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply click on Track Order on the top of any page for the status of your order.  This will take you to another page where you can type in your order number and click the View button.
