WARRANTY

All products are made into premium quality item by skilled craftspersons under utmost care so all products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.  If, after inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.  Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.  Should you have a problem with a defective bag, please contact us for instructions on where to return your bag.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return, within 30 days, any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange (minus shipping).  There is no restocking fee on the returned merchandise in original packaging.  If you return any item(s) from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
